Speaking after the recent board meeting, and his appointment, Mr Neill looked forward to this year’s event on Wednesday 16th November:
“Plans are well under way for AgriScot 2016. I am delighted that The Scottish Farmer is once again in place as our media partner. This, along with our new website, will allow us to keep everyone up to date as plans progress over the coming months.”
“We received excellent feedback from tradestand holders at the 2015 event, with 92% saying that they wish to return this year. Trade application forms are out this week and we look forward to a positive response. We have held prices in recognition of the current tough trading climate; top tradestands offering useful business advice are a key attraction for our farming visitors.”
“I also look forward to further growing the success of our Dairy, Beef and Sheep Farm of the Year awards as they each continue to gain recognition.”
