Farm Stock Scotland have held similar workshops in the Scottish Borders, working with their farmer members to look at how they might secure better returns by having a greater understanding of the needs of others along the chain.
Farm Stock Scotland hosted a major conference on the subject at Murrayfield in Edinburgh in October 2016 in order to roll the discussion on to a national level. This AgriScot workshop will give the opportunity to follow up on and further examine the learnings from conference.
